Abstinence From Sex Is a Matter of Choice!
Sex is not sinful in itself, but the wrong use of it is
transgression against God, i.e., sin. Any sexual intercourse outside of
marriage is a detestable sin in the sight of God and thus the Bible says:
“Let marriage be held in honor,
esteemed worthy, precious of great price, and especially dear in all things.
And thus let marriage bed be undefiled (kept undishonoured); for God will judge
and punish the unchaste (all guilty of sexual vice and adulterous”. (Hebrews
13:4. AMPLIFIED BIBLE)
Success and happiness in life are not matters of chance, but
a matter of choice.
A man who is introduced to a lady and immediately tries to
kiss her will surely lose the chance for serious consideration as a best
suitor. The same thing is applicable to a lady too. If a young lady goes to bed
with a young man before marriage, she may lose the chance too for serious
consideration as best suitor. The man may think that, that is her habit and
that she may not change. Besides, they have violated the Word of God.
Apart from the dangers associated with promiscuity, there is
the probability of being infected with the dreaded disease, called HIV…
Evangelist Tony Young in his book, “Rules for Effective Healing and Deliverance”, wrote that Acquired
Immune Deficiency Syndrome, AIDS, is an evil spirit, which is why it
has no cure. God has hidden its remedy from the world and revealed it to babes.
He wrote, further, that the only cure for AIDS is ABSTINENCE FROM SEXUAL SINS;
no one can actually abstain from sin unless he/she has received the Prince of
Peace- Jesus!
